About Avalon Price Check

We put gas price power back in drivers' hands.

We believe every driver deserves transparent, real-time fuel prices. A cheaper station may be one block away, and you should be able to see it before you pull in.

Real prices. Real time. No gimmicks.

Driver checking fuel prices beside a Bellevue road at morning commute time
A practical beginning

From a frustrated Bellevue commute to a fuel-saving platform.

Avalon Price Check began on Little Creek Trail in Bellevue, where a daily driver kept passing one station after filling up at another. The price difference was small on one trip and meaningful over a month.

The first tracker was a side project built to answer one simple question: where is the better price right now? Station network data and reports from local drivers turned that tracker into a gas price finder used across the United States.

We keep the purpose narrow. Help people make a better fuel decision before they reach the pump.

Our working promise

What we stand for.

The comparison is useful only when the information earns your trust.

Integrity first

Stations cannot buy a better position in a result. Our listings are arranged around useful price information, not payment for placement.

Freshness matters

We refresh available data every 15 minutes. Fuel prices move quickly, and stale information can cost you at the pump.

Community input

User-reported prices and feedback add local detail that station feeds can miss. Every useful report helps the next driver.

Open access

The gas price finder works on any device and keeps the information clear for everyday drivers, commuters, and road trippers.
